| We have recently added a large variety of Stenocactus (Echinofossulocactus) to our list. Check them out. As always, the plant name provides a link to a photo (usually). The photo is not necessarily the individual plant being sold, but illustrates the species as represented in our collection, and some of the plants are in limited supply. Also, indications of hardiness are guidelines only; local conditions must be taken into account. When ordering, please note the plant name, pot size and price. The [+] symbol indicates that a shipping surcharge applies. Thanks. |

| Uebelmannia pectinifera Temporarily out of stock. | The species name comes from the Latin for "bearing combs". This is a truely classical plant worthy of any collection. The surface of the plant has a unique elongated vertical celular structure which is almost irridescent in sunlight. As is often the case, these particular plants have some scarring at the base. Though some web sites indicate this plant is hardy to 20°F, that's not our experience. We would never be comfortable growing these at temps below freezing and would prefer to keep them above 45 or 50°F and out of extreme heat in Summer. | ||
| Uebelmannia pseudopectinifera | Now considered by some taxonomists to be a synonym for U. pectinifera. However it has a significantly different appearance and we're keeping it listed separately for that reason. Again some scarring at the base. Temporarily out of stock. | ||
| Weingartia sp. nov. HS 158 | Originally f rom seed collected by Heinz Swoboda at Tuna Pampa, Campero, Cochalbamba, Bolivia and continues to be sold under the collection number. Beautiful plants. Very limited stock. | 6" |
